STORE IN FACTORY Online

Need Antiques?

We mainly purchase second-hand items known as junk from all over the world.
For example, we travel overseas to find broken chairs and broken tin toys.

Of course, we repair and sell some, or purchase some as materials, but
for Factory, a "broken chair" has another meaning.

What's important to a store is "correctness" and "understandability," and we try to reflect this as much as possible in our products.
While it's a vague term, I think the same can be said about our service.
In terms of chairs, it might be something that's beautiful, modern, affordable, and easy to use, or something that's high quality and luxurious.

But for some reason, ever since I was a child, I've been drawn to "incorrectness" and "uncertainty."

I don't think a chair that's broken and unseatable is really a proper chair.
I've even been told that I don't know what's so good about it.

But even so, when I see that broken chair here, I think, "Somehow, I like it." And it's just a fleeting moment.
So I pay the owner a "kind of love price." At that moment, the broken chair becomes "valuable to me."

But that price still includes the sense of inadequacy of the "broken chair."

I still don't know why I "like" it.
