Terms of Service (English)

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using the online store (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") operated by Studio Truss Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). All users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Product Characteristics and Acceptance)

1. Many of the products sold by the Company are used, antique, or vintage items (hereinafter referred to as "Used Items, etc.").

2. Users shall fully understand that Used Items, etc. may have scratches, stains, rust, discoloration, chips, warping, etc., due to aging, and shall purchase them upon accepting these as "vintage character."

3. Users acknowledge in advance that product images may differ in color or texture from the actual product depending on the shooting environment or the User's viewing environment.

Article 3 (Establishment of Sales Contract)

1. A sales contract shall be deemed established when the User completes an order and a confirmation email is sent from the Company.

2. The Company reserves the right to cancel an order even after the contract has been established in the event of system errors, stock shortages, or other legitimate reasons.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

Users shall not engage in the following actions when using the Service:

• Actions that violate laws or public order and morals.

• Actions that may interfere with the operation of the Service.

• Actions that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other Users or third parties.

• Purchases for the purpose of resale or similar activities.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company does not guarantee, either expressly or impliedly, that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).

2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused to the User regarding the Service, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company. In no event shall the Company be liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages.

Article 6 (Changes and Suspension of Service)

The Company may change the content of the Service or suspend its provision without prior notice to the User and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

2. In the event of any dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
