1. Returns and Exchanges

Most of the products handled by our store are one-of-a-kind used, antique, or vintage items. Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for the customer's personal reasons (e.g., "item was different from my image," "size does not fit," or "ordered by mistake").

2. Characteristics of Used and Vintage Items

Please ensure you understand the following points before purchasing:

  • Items may show signs of age, including scratches, stains, rust, discoloration, peeling paint, or warping.

  • These are considered part of the unique character and charm of vintage items. They are not considered defects unless they prevent the item from functioning as intended.

  • Product colors may vary slightly depending on your browser or monitor settings.

3. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

We take the utmost care in inspecting and packaging our products. However, if an item is damaged during shipping or has a critical defect not mentioned in the description (e.g., rendered unusable), we will accept a return and provide a refund.

  • Claim Period: Please contact us via email (info@storeinfactory.com) within 7 days of receiving the product. We cannot accept claims made after this period.

  • Return Shipping: We will cover the shipping cost if the return is due to an error on our part or a defect.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed through your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been in your possession for 8 days or more.

  • Items that have been damaged or scratched while in the customer's care.

  • Items that have been used.

  • Returns based on subjective reasons such as "it's not what I expected."
